As a district, we are committed to ensuring our students and staff are safe. This means we periodically review emergency procedures and practice drills. Drills are important because they ensure students know what to do in an emergency and allow time for students to ask questions to make sure we understand expectations. On Thursday, October 17th BMS participated in the Great Oregon Shake Out at 10:17am to practice our preparation for Earthquakes.
Boring Middle’s Parent Teacher Club supports your student and our school community in a variety of ways. Their fundraisers support; our Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports Program which includes our Student Store, Activity Days and End of Year Carnival/Fieldtrips, our Athletic Programs with Sports Scholarships and new Equipment and Jerseys, our Families during the holiday season, our 8th Grade Celebration Activities, and much much more! If you would like to get involved in supporting our students and school community, please join us for our next meeting on Thursday, November 7th at 5:30 pm in the BMS Library.
